Everardo Bartolo Gomez is the founder and owner of Essential Builds Inc. He began his framing career in 2017 in the Treasure Valley of Idaho and now brings nearly nine years of hands-on framing and construction experience to every project.
Everardo is OSHA certified and forklift certified, with a strong focus on job-site safety, quality control, and leading by example. He takes pride in building structures the right way and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and crew members alike.
Outside of work, Everardo enjoys camping, fishing, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.

Gerardo is a skilled foreman at Essential Builds Inc. with several years of framing experience in Southeast Idaho. He is OSHA certified and forklift certified, and is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership on the job site.
Gerardo plays a key role in maintaining safety standards and ensuring projects stay on schedule while meeting quality expectations.

Foreman
Emanuel is a dependable foreman at Essential Builds Inc. who brings focus and consistency to every project. In addition to his hands-on field experience, Emanuel is currently pursuing studies in Construction Management at BYU–Idaho, strengthening his understanding of both on-site work and project planning.
His commitment to learning and leadership helps keep projects organized, efficient, and well-executed from start to finish.
